Lisa studied for 3 years with a spiritual meditation master and has also been trained in Reiki, Yoga Nidra, and Life-Style coaching. She draws from both Eastern and Western traditions in her guided meditations to help you reduce stress and find more balance in your inner and outer environment.
Lisa teaches guided meditations and relaxation skills to groups and businesses as well as offers regular classes in the evening at the Nashua Country Club. Please see events for more details.
